A Relaxing Stay

relaxing atmosphere hotel ground
The hotel grounds created a relaxing atmosphere. I used it as a base to see Pisa and Florence. I also spent time by the pool.

large room good food
I loved the large room and bathroom. That was great! the staff was friendly and helpful, i appreciated that very much. breakfast and the dinner buffet had varied, good food. underground car park was also safe. That gave me peace of mind.

The hotel is near the beach, it is a short walk across the street. reaching the hotel from pisa is simple using the number 10 bus! it stopped right outside the hotel. Very useful.

The staff was pleasant. They helped with any questions i had. the cleaning staff came daily and changed towels if you wanted them changed. the pool bar staff was also very good. Always smiling.

The resort includes two swimming pools, one is deeper for serious swimmers! the resort is large and green, only two floors high. there is a bar at the pools, offering drinks and light lunches. Perfect!

visible mold poor condition
The hotel advertises a spa. It has been closed for years and looks abandoned. Such false advertising. My room smelled of mold when I arrived. I saw visible mold in the shower. There was also dust and dirt everywhere, especially on the walls. I asked for another room. Staff did not seem surprised about the mold problem, though.

There are two types of rates available: a Refundable Rate allows for free cancellation until 18:00 on the day of arrival, while a Non-Refundable Rate requires full payment in advance and does not permit cancellations.
What are the costs associated with renting beach chairs and towels during my stay?

The rental fee for one umbrella and two sunbeds at the beach is €20 per day. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so guests are advised to bring their own, while pool towels are available for rent with a cash deposit of €10 each.
Is there an indoor swimming pool available at the resort?
